Thank You!
Thanks to the hard work of so many of you, JP again had some of the highest turnout in Boston. Many of you engaged us about our endorsements, and we appreciate how passionately so many felt for both mayoral candidates, as well as so many of our city councilors. We saw many of you out over the last week, helping candidates for mayor and city council. This is civic engagement at its finest. Thank you for ensuring that JP’s voice was heard this week. We have made a solid case why no candidate can ever afford to ignore our community.
Big Announcement: Five Candidates for Governor Coming to JP
The JP Progressives will be hosting a series of hour-long conversations with all five Democratic candidates for Governor.
You Are Invited to join us. We’ll ask each candidate to talk about what makes them the best progressive in the race and why we should support them. Of course we’ll open up the conversation to attendees, so bring thoughtful questions. Here’s the schedule:
Wednesday, November 20
6pm: Treasurer Steve Grossman
7pm: AG Martha Coakley
Wednesday, December 4
6pm: Joe Avellone
7pm: Juliette Kayyem
8pm: Don Berwick
All conversations are scheduled to take place in the back room of Doyles Café, 3484 Washington St.
